Complain letter

For whom it may concern,

Two weeks ago I took part in a trip which was organized by your travel agency.  I would like to say that I have never had worse service.

Your offer attracted me with the promises for a good arranged program, a guide who should travel with us all the time and a luxury hotel in the central part of the city. Unfortunately, I did not get almost anything of what  I expected.

When we arrived we were accommodated in a hotel situated in the suburbs of the city. As a result we wasted three hours a day travelling between the hotel and the landmarks in the city centre.

The conditions in the hotel were awful – untidy and bugs infested rooms, lack of hot water and the view towards the industrial zone.

Our guide did not have enough qualification, he did not follow the trip program and he did not know well enough the city.

After all these details I insist to be compensated for the countless problems which I had during the trip.

I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Describing places

Theres is a silhouette of a man in the middle of the picture, in front of the guy there are some fluffy in shaped swing , clouds and also a sky full of  white stars. On the top in the middle there is a big red full moon, it has some black spots on it. The silhouette is staring the landscape with admiration.

In front of the picture there is an oval glass that is almost full of  creamy, white and fresh milk that is  over a blue table cloth. On the back part there is a field full of green grass, also on the right part there are two silhouettes of brown cows.

Strawberry yogurth review

A delicious and creamy yogurth is served here in the cafeteria. There are diferent flavours to enjoy, such as peach, natural, piña colada and of course strawberry. Each one of these can be served with diferent fruits. To begin my day in the school I first need to buy a strawberry yogurth with banana.

One of the thing that I love about this yogurt is that it is super light, creamy, and smooth, with great fruit flavor. The fruit is always fresh and crunchy and there are a lot of options to choose.

What I don't like about it is that it taste greek, but it's not greek, also there are not enough ingredients, like granola to mix with the yogurt.

I definetly recomed it, is neither delicios like healthy. All the same, try it and you will understand what I mean. In conclusion is a cheap and healthy option to eat in the lunch.
