Complain letter

For whom it may concern,
Two weeks ago I took part in a trip which was organized by your travel agency.  I would like to say that I have never had worse service.

Your offer attracted me with the promises for a good arranged program, a guide who should travel with us all the time and a luxury hotel in the central part of the city. Unfortunately, I did not get almost anything of what  I expected.

When we arrived we were accommodated in a hotel situated in the suburbs of the city. As a result we wasted three hours a day travelling between the hotel and the landmarks in the city centre.
The conditions in the hotel were awful – untidy and bugs infested rooms, lack of hot water and the view towards the industrial zone.

Our guide did not have enough qualification, he did not follow the trip program and he did not know well enough the city.

After all these details I insist to be compensated for the countless problems which I had during the trip.

I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
